My 70.3 Ironman race pack was fantastic.  Not only did I get all the fuel I needed to get me through the race but also detailed and comprehensive instructions as what to take and when. As a first-timer I found this particularly useful as I was left feeling comfortable knowing what I was taking was timed correctly to help me get through the race.  I also had a formulated race day eating plan that helped me eat right leading up to the race. I finished my first ironman feeling strong in 5h40min.
