In this class you will learn about fueling ultra endurance efforts, multi-stage racing and self supported races. We will cover the demands of these events, the practicalities of fueling and hydrating and how to overcome some common issues through training the gut.
The skills, methods and recipes we will cover include:
- Loading strategies – are they needed
- Intake on the go – how much fuel and how much fluid, what foods and what supplements
- Recovery nutrition – the importance in multi-stage racing
