How It All Works

1 – We gather some background on your goals and your needs to tailor a nutrition solution for you. Register here for us to get to work on planning your meals. You will have a nutrition advisor for the duration of your subscription too.
2 – We deliver meals 3 times per week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 08h30 and 12h00) in the greater Cape Town area which may include breakfast, snacks, lunch or dinner as requested. Each delivery is packed in insulated cooler bags with microwaveable, reusable containers. Each client has two sets which require returning with each subsequent delivery. We have committed to limit single use plastics and we need your commitment here too, please wash and return with our delivery guys to ensure you do not miss a meal. Our long serving members will qualify to keep a set after 2 months with us.
3 – Every athlete will have an account that can be accessed online to view menus, nutritional information, subscription status and review meals or adjust goals and training information for us to keep your nutrition dialled in. You will also be able to communicate with us and purchase special edition add-ons, meals, supplements and products.
4 – Each client will have access to a performance nutrition coach to guide you through your meals and help you achieve your goals, using our meals as another tool along the way. In addition a monthly body composition and weight check is available to all athletes on our programmes (Cape Town only for now).
5 – **NEW** We’ve launched in Johannesburg, same service, same system, same costs, same results. For now deliveries are limited to Sandton, Bryanston, Fourways area
